    Don’t let your state or cops bully you! Fed law classes these as BICYCLES not mv’s!

    The law was passed in 2003, public law 107-219. Carry a copy with you when you ride, & don’t take sh** from the cops.

    I just had to buy one of these bikes. I recently got a DUI and this is the only vehicle I was able to drive with my suspended license. A life saver. Heck with all the money I am saving in gas, insurance and maintenance I might never go back to my regular car. I live in California where this is classified as a Power Assisted Bicycle.
