no they put pedel starts on scooters to get past moped laws so they could sell them
Please buy Scooter that bee around for years. and that you see a lot in other contry, Try to find out on the builder and if they have a where house that you can go visit to see if they have spare parts, so you wont have to wait 10 month to get you parts shipped over sea on a container and then stuck for weeks at custom because they didn’t have the correct paper with that parts of yours.
Yamaha, Zusuki, Kymco, Vespa, Sym, is a safer choice.
Personally scooters aren’t for me, but there sure are shit loads of them on our island. We have the highest gas prices in North America

No, you can KICK start scooters, or start them electronically. Mopeds you actually “pedal” because they have pedals like an actual bike. They aren’t the same thing.

Your information is wrong. Mopeds are not the same thing as Scooters. What she is riding is a scooter and in fact not a “cute moped.” You pedal mopeds to start them. If you’re going to sell something like this, you should know what it is you’re selling.
