I should add, I’m not a small guy either I weigh 215lbs. But, weight does matter, I tried driving with my wife on back and it lost 10mph, so I imagine a very small person could get even better performance.

I have this exact scooter from scooter depot, on flat ground it will get up to 45mph, uphill it is very slow, and down hill it goes over 50 easily. I’m very happy with it now, but I had lots of initial problems that needed to be worked out especially with the electrical and the carburetor. I recommend staying close to help for the first 50 miles. But, now that those problems are fixed, its been great for short commutes in town, very happy. Better than advertised even.

uk at 16 you can ride a scooter ped motocycle whatever as long as its below 50cc and you do this really piss training day thing. at 17 it has to be below 125 and at 18 whatever :)

  8. 74orangebeetle says:

No, for a motorcycle you need to be 16, you do NOT need to complete the mvc program, it is how i got my license, but not required, you can simply take a test and get it. (u need to already have a drivers license though) And for a moped (to legally ride it on the road) You would have to be 16, and you do not need a motorcycle license for anything 50 cc and under

  9. zepeterinma says:

for a motorcycle you need to be 18, for a moped, you need to complete the mvc program and you only need to be 15. thats why i have a moped. im only 16. so its the better choice for me.

Amazing little scoots. I bought one about 3 years back and ride it every day around the neighborhood and to the local Haji Mart. No problems at all. One new battery. Always starts and always runs fine.

Has to be registered in FL but no special license to drive it. I do a bit over 100 MOG with it. Oh and I weight 270 pounds. Not a ricket but a cheep little thing to move around on. I also have a VT1100 Honda. This is quicker, cheaper and easier for ultra local hops.

  23. LabTech133 says:

I have one like this and honestly I haven’t had any issues with it. I had some starting issues after winter when it was in the garage in 32 degree weather for 4 months with a full tank of gas but it’s a fun little scooter that’s great for short hops to places like work and back. I got mine last year when gas was hovering around $4.40 a gallon. $5.00 filled it up and lasted 2 weeks. I love it.

  24. jvgutridge says:

shitty chinese scooter, i have one it breaks down all the time wont start, breaks down, vibrates your teeth out. spend the extra money and buy yamaha, honda, or kymco

  25. lukeslandspeeder says:

when the headlight burns out the whole top unit has to be taken apart to replace it and it loves to break also.

i think they should have just went ahead and made a better body and easier to service componets for these scooters and charged 1000 each.
